🔧 Is There Any Cost for Replacing Faulty Products?

No, absolutely not!
If a product is faulty or defective, you can replace it free of charge.
Just contact our 24/7 customer support via WhatsApp at 0317-1033310 and share the following:

• Your name

• Pictures of the faulty product

• A brief description of the issue

• Your contact number

Once we receive the details, our team will process the replacement within 7 working days, at no cost to you.

📌 Note: You must send the faulty product to our official address first. After receiving it, our representative will confirm with you and then send the replacement.

🔄 Don’t Like the Product? Want to Exchange?

If you simply don’t like the product or want to exchange it with another item, we’ve made it easy for you:

1. Send the original product to our official address.

2. Once received, our team will contact you.

3. You can then select the new product you'd like to receive.

4. We’ll dispatch your selected item within 7 working days.
